Who we work with

Our installer and assessor partners

If you tick the sharing box on one of our quote forms, these are the companies we would introduce you to. If you do not tick it, we send you the information and nobody contacts you.

We keep this list short and current. We would rather name the companies we actually work with than write "trusted partners" and leave you guessing. It is updated as partners join or leave.

Named partners

Eco Providers

Preston-based installer working on insulation and grant-funded fabric measures, in particular internal wall insulation, under ECO and related schemes. They cover roughly a 75 mile radius of Preston. We have had a supplier agreement with them since September 2025.

CMS Surveyors

Based in Dumbarton and working across the west of Scotland on heat pumps and renewables. A long-standing working relationship.

If nobody on this list covers you

Both partners work within a defined area. If your property falls outside it, we will tell you that rather than pass your details on regardless.

How we are paid

We may be paid a fee or commission when a partner quotes for or completes work for you. That is paid by the installer and never changes the price you are quoted. We are telling you this here because you should be able to see the incentive behind a recommendation.

Our guidance, tools and data analysis are written independently of these arrangements. See our editorial policy for how that separation works.

What we share, and when

Nothing goes anywhere unless you tick the sharing box on a quote form. If you do, we pass your name, contact details and property details to up to three of the companies above so they can quote for the work. If you do not, we still answer your enquiry, we just do it ourselves.

You can withdraw at any time by replying to any email from us, or by writing to rees@epcguide.co.uk. See our privacy policy for the full detail on how we handle your data.

Keeping this current

We only introduce you to firms that are MCS-certified, TrustMark-registered or PAS 2035 accredited for the work in question. Those are the accreditations grant-funded work, including ECO and the Warm Homes: Local Grant, generally requires. We update this page as partners join or leave, and the consent wording on our forms is versioned to match it. If a company is not named on this page, we do not pass your details to them.
